Contacted Mark early this year to secure his services to remodel a bathroom in January of 2022. Agreed on price, so I went ahead and purchased the vanity, sink, and tile, then got an email from him several months later telling me he would not be able to do our job because he got a bigger job, also saying he did not have anyone to refer me to and **Good Luck** Not pleased with how this was handled.

Mark extended our deck and designed and built a magnificent pergola on the extension. This was the second great job he did for us and it turned out perfect. Highly recommended for quality and value.

If I could give more stars I would! Mark installed a beautiful wood tongue and groove ceiling for us. Performed kitchen tear out and prepared it for new cabinets and appliances, painted cathedral living room and kitchen. and repaired our gutters. We were extremely pleased with his work. He'll be coming back to work on floor support when our new garage doors arrive and to install a new front door. He's very reliable, professional and priced reasonably.

Mark found extra rotted wood when replacing our deck and adapted the project to replace support beams. Good contractor.

Herman Construction replaced my ceiling with shiplap stained and sealed. They also updated my deck with composite and reinforcement. Excellent job. Beautiful work. I would hire them over any other general contractor.

Mr. Herman is extremely hard working and does a beautiful job. He is very professional and honest. He replaced the railings to our deck and they look amazing. Mr. Herman is always on time and completed the project within the expected deadline. We are very pleased with his work and would be VERY happy to hire him again in the future!

Mr. Herman is a true and trusted professional. His attention to detail is beyond reproach. His prices were far below my initial estimate and the work was professionally accomplished and in a timely manner. Mark created a stairwell to access the basement from the main floor where none existed and did BEAUTIFUL work. Mark also arranged for a sub-contractor to sand and finish our hard wood floors throughout the entire house for a reasonable price. He is a hard-working, true professional craftsman who obviously knows his trade and we would hire him again to accomplish any task in our house. A better company would be hard to find for the quality of work and the price. We are extremely pleased with the final product.

Mark is a true craftsman who custom made a gorgeous stairway for a home we were renovating. He was always right on time, very professional, and honest. I 'm a very particular person and Mark was patient and always willing to make the slight changes in the design as it progressed. He's a man who takes great pride in his work.
