It worked! I heard something scratching from the ceiling of my son’s room. I was suspicious of squirrels or chipmunks. So called Heritage to check our attic. Rick came and set up a few mouse bait stations. And voila! I dont hear it anymore. Thanks to Chuck and Rick for the hard work!

Chuck called me right away and was very helpful. Rick came to check out the house and we agreed to a termite treatment and a pest removal plan. John and Matt came the following Monday and completed the work in a few hours. They were extremely pleasant and very competent and did a great job. Afterward, they explained everything and told me what to look for in the coming days/weeks. They also said if I had any issues, I should call and they would come back. I would recommend them highly as they are honest, skilled and the best part is that it's a family-owned company.

Got a super quick response. Jose was friendly and informative. He came to do the inspection/estimate and completed the work within the same hour. Literally, can't ask for more than that! Price was very reasonable. Will definitely reach back out if I have any more pest issues.
