I own a condo and I recently discovered that I had a wasp problem in an un used bedroom. I contacted my association who sent out a popular named pest control company who did not seem to be able to address the problem. As a result, I decided to hire a company on my own and at the suggestion of my daughter in law; I went online in search of a pest control company who also specializes in bee/wasp etc. I chose Heritage based on the reviews on several social media sites. The technicians sent to my home arrived timely and prepared to get the job done; meaning ladders, flash lights, caulking chemicals and a host of tools. There was very little insect activity when the technicians arrived but they took sheathing down, inspected windows, gutter etc. and they did all that they could to secure the outside of my home so that wasps would not enter the inside of my home. I really thought that they did a great job and although they could not with certainty guarantee that the pest had been eliminated; so far, so good. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family. I only gave the customer service portion of the rating a 4.5 because I initially had difficulty with the telephone numbers on the web site.
