Heritage Pest Control came exactly when they said they would and completed the job of removing birds that were nesting in a soffet and gutter (which was causing the rain to not drain properly). He worked skillfully and took care of the problem. I would recommend and hire again if needed.

Chuck, the owner, came within two days to give an estimate, and explained in a high level what they will do. Given that I never dealt with pest problems, I was a bit anxious, but John, the Termite guy, walked me through the likely problem areas of the house and pointed out the signs of termite damage and how the treatment would work. He was so kind and assuring that I calmed down 90% after the walk through. They completed the treatment in a very efficient manner and cleaned up everything before they left. I would recommend this company, and particularly, John, the termite guy.
