The guy who came to our house was fantastic. Almost immediately after answering the door the first words out of his mouth were "I know where your problem is coming from." He then pointed out a minute opening on the outside of our house where the yellow jackets were coming in and out from. Afterwards he gave us a complete rundown of what he was going to do and an expectation of how long before the results fully kicked in. He then took care of both yellow jacket nests and as promised there were no more wayward yellow jackets appearing in our home. Overall, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional. I fully recommend them!

John was fantastic, he arrived right on time. He explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. He finished in less time then stated. he cleaned everything up and made it look as if he were never there. Very happy with Heritage Pest and would definitely recommend and use again!

Very thorough and professional. Easy to reach on telephone. I cannot comment on price as I have no prior experience with this type of work. I reserve judgment on effectiveness of treatment and repair as only time will tell.
