Chuck came over within an hour to check out the termite infestation at my house. He was very knowledgeable and quoted me a great price for treatment. The guys came over a week later to treat my property. They were thorough and explained everything that unneeded to know.

I had raccoon in my attic where we don't have any access to. I talked with a lot of attic specialists but decided to hire a wildlife pro to trap and get rid of the animals. They are a great team, They came on time, analyzed the situation, made a plan, set-up a trap and told me they will be back before 1 week. As planned they came back 6 days after to remove the mother with the trap and they made a hole on the ceiling captured all the babies. I am very satisfied with their service as they also patched all the holes to make sure no other animals can get in.

Heritage responded to me almost as soon as I hit the send button to Home Advisor. They were at my house the next day and came up with a sensible recommendation, which was implemented a few days later. This was infinitely better than any prior experience I had with other vendors in this field.

Thet still have to do the installation when the snow melts. However, they were the most flexible, responsive and best value for the dollars company. I also got quotes from Terminix double upfront for the 1st year's service of all of them, Orkin 2nd most expensive quote. Botrh of these national company's had poor customer servive ratings on multiple "ratings" websites. Lastly I got a quote from Erlich and they took second place behind Heritage as they were double Heritage's first year price. They were close but no cigar! Thank you. Philip

Jose was very professional and courteous. It only took 30 minutes for the first treatment. My second treatment is next Monday. I only wish the guarantee was good for more than 60 days. Hopefully, I won't have a problem in the future, as this is not an inexpensive process, not to mention my kitchen is torn apart (cabinets are completely empty) and need to remain that way for another week.
