Ended up having bats in the attic - they came, quickly identified the issue, and were able to schedule a follow-up quite soon after despite a number of pre-existing appointments due to laws limiting when bat issues could be addressed.
technician who serviced my call was prompt, efficient, watched his step among my flowers and came across as concerned with humane treatment of the of the groundhogs he had caged. Very satisfied.

Quick Service but pricey.
Fast and efficient. Bees were gone within an hour.
Deceptive. They charge $165 JUST to set up the trap, then another $85 to come pick it up. Why in the world would someone pay just to have a trap set up??? Did they think I wanted to keep a trapped animal for decoration? By the way, "setting up the trap" is literally putting a cage on the ground, and then putting an apple inside of it. $165 for this?? Really??? The point is they need to be clear on how they define a "callback". I could understand if the animal comes back AFTER it's been trapped and removed. However, if you are simply removing the animal for the first time, it makes absolutely no sense to call this a "callback" and charge $85 for it. That's just complete nonsense. This is a completely underhanded practice. Never again.
