Shawn did a great job. He worked non stop until the job was thoroughly complete. His price was below other quotes . He also gave me some fre suggestions for my tree lights and grass maintence. I will hire him again

Shawn was on time for all appointments. He and his staff were very professional and polite. I got three bids and his was what I had budgeted for. My husband and I are so pleased with his work!

Didn't estimate sod quantity adequately. Didn't ensure yard was level or graded properly before laying sod. Didn't return to ensure sod took. Made promises regarding project completion and quality and didn't stick to that promise. Promised to have project done in 4 weeks, took almost 8 weeks.
Response by Heritage Lawn & Landscape Management: We did estimate sod correctly. Customer made several changes throughout the project and we made sure those changes were met. Those changes added more time to the completion date. We did not take 8 weeks and we did meet the deadline. We honored our 3 week warranty that we give with every install. The success of any lawn depends mostly on maintenance after installation. Customer went on a 2 week vacation a week after install. With a 100 degree weather it's very important to follow our watering schedule. The grass died when the customer returned home from vacation. We are not responsible for our customer(s) negligence. Thank you!

This gentleman, Shawn, was one of the most knowledgeable, professional people I have had the pleasure of coming across. He consistently made his appointment times, completely educated me on his recommendations and quote. He taught me about the grass he installed, as well as came by after installation, just to check on the lawn and give me watering tips upon my request. You will get quality workmanship for a fair price.

He called quickly after my inquiry, he notified prior to coming to the appointment and if he was running past schedule. Spent a lot of time on our troubled sticker problem, and every day when I leave and enter the driveway I finanlly see a wonderful job of edging. Thanks Shawn you are awesome.
