On this project we started with installing collapse-able exterior doors, re framing the back wall of the home, and all the finishes needed, then your wife added the ship lap on the ceiling of the patio, removing four posts for the patio cover and installing another beam, then the big one.... pouring concrete, repairing cracks in the patio, leveling the patio and setting 36" plank tiles on the entire back patio ! Thank you for acknowledging our superior Customer service, you may have purchased the materials prior to visiting with us but I want to make a comment so our customers understand the importance of purchasing new quality materials from reputable sources. We pass through our builder discounts to the customer so you have take advantage of super prices with quality materials. When installing tile using factory seconds, or deeply discounted ceramic and stone tile we find the tiles are not square, and have uneven thickness, Another problem is cutting the tiles, they will leave small chips in the edges when cutting. The flaws can be seen after install and they are very hard to see when you are making your purchase. Just stay away from deals too good to be true.
