Sales agent seemed scattered, he even called me the wrong name in an email. I was extremely clear and specific about what i wanted. Air seal the attic with spray foam and then blown in insulation. It Took weeks to pin down a date to get a crew out to me. The day of the project they were an hour late, which made me late to work, since we had blocked of a time. when they came they didn't know anything about air sealing the attic. I mentioned it to them and they called the sales agent who confirmed what i said. They told me they would air seal. they didn't, I watched them... 5 mins later they blew the insulation in. so now if i want to air seal someone has to dig through the existing Insulation. After 25 mins of work they tried to collect the full payment for blowing insulation and Air sealing and i Talked to the sales agent on the phone saying we will work out payment later because i was late, and the work wasn't done as requested. The crew knocked on my door for 5 mins. sales agent did Follow up and apologize for the inconvenience and he did offer to come over himself and complete the Job himself, with a discounted price. Instead we worked out an different lower price for just blowing in the insulation. Bad experience but I did appreciate the sales agent for his work and trying to resolve the issue. thank you.

On time and did not have to remove pets while being installed or change regular life in the house. Very little noise during install. did not take very long less than two house. 36r for this area but I had 49r total after the adding to 30r.
