Reviews
Write a ReviewGreat company to do business with. Very professional.
Helitech was quick to respond, survey, and quote my needs. Quick turnaround time to schedule polyjacking my garage floor (was previously a car port with an intentional grade) to level it in preparation for a new garage door. Highly recommend.
They kept in touch on Status of grading work to be completed.
Very reasonable and professional
The quote process was fine and the team was very friendly and professional when doing the work. We had piers put in so the concrete had to be removed. However, the workers left dirty handprints all over the white walls, and the new concrete developed brown spots all over it. Also, we then started to have some water coming in our basement where there never had been before. I called and they came and looked at it and just said that can happen with new concrete and offered no help to correct it. So now Iâ m stuck finding a way to repair the concrete work they did.
I wrote an extensive review comparing Helitech with Acculevel, for costs and scope of work, but my review was deleted. I will sum up: for the exact same job, Helitech wanted $15K for 5 helical screws. Acculevel wanted $8K for 5 helical screws. We went with Helitech for warranty reasons and deeply regretted our decision. If I elaborate I suspect this review will be removed. It took six months of pure grief and negativity to get Helitech to do anything and even then, they could not complete the work within six months. This was a small job.
Work crews were exceptional. Scheduling, management, and project liason needs some work. A tempory delay, caused a six week delay. During the delay we called all the contacts provided, and no one could give us a status update or tell us when we would be put back on the schedule. We were told up front that any delay could possibly result in a four week delay, OK. but during the fourth and sixth week no effort was made to update us onwhen the work crews would return to complete the project, Without the unanticipated delay, the entire project would of taken only three days to complete. The Work crews were great, but the customer service side of the house sucked.
Very professional with the entire process.
Employees extend their work times by waiting in vehicle either before or after a task. I personally frown upon that work ethic.
The estimators are very knowledgeable on what they were doing. Never felt pressured.. Helitech delivered on exactly what they said they were going to do. I have true peace of mind
