I hired Hedrick company to replace my 30 year old AC and heater unit. They offered the most comprehensive issue resolution plan, which included replacing the unit and additional duct work. Additionally, the lifetime warranty for the furnace and condenser for the system they offered sealed the deal. The price was competitive, the installation was complete in 2 days. The technicians did an outstanding job! They are very professional, skilled and knowledgeable, patiently answered all my questions, left everything clean. On day 1 after the installation we can already feel the difference, and looking forward to the electricity and gas bill savings which are to come in the future. I would definitely recommend this company!

Jake came out a few hours after we requested the quote, and his team was able to start work the very next morning. They finished everything in two days, and were super friendly and accommodating, even taking their lunch break during our toddler's naptime. Also, they were significantly lower priced than their competitor's quote for the same work. We are very pleased with the noticeable difference in air flow and you can literally hear the air powerfully coming through, when before there were rooms that were unevenly heated/cooled. Very please and recommend them highly.

They performed the work in a timely manner

They did a great job. They never dropped any of the dirt from inside the old ducting. They had tarps on mu carpets and left my house as clean as it was when they started.My only minor complaint is that the workers took off for lunch without saying anything and I didn't;t see them for an hour. But I want to emphasize that they did great work and made zero mess - a great jib..Amanda Ellis is a great communicator with a very pleasant voice. Jake Hendrick made a goos proposal and was a pleasure to work with.

Hedrick Mechanical specializes in HVAC and residential plumbing. We have used Hedrick for over 15 years for our AC and heating needs. Most recently, we had a leak with water bills of $900 and $560. Since it was going to take too long to get help from the city of Dallas and we liked the service we received from Hedrick's AC and Heating, we call them to find an expert plumber. Pete Hernandez along with others on the Hedrick's team took care of our leak. They kept us informed of the project and were very mindful of keeping our home clean. They were professional, kind and did an excellent repair. Due to our experience with Hedrick's Heating and Air Conditioning and Plumbing as well as buying new appliances, we cancelled our American Home Shield warranty and will use Hedrick's for our future AC/heating and plumbing needs. We highly recommend this family owned and operated business. We wish there were more businesses like Hedrick's that were more customer service oriented. Thank you Hedrick's Team!!!
