Jay was great! He was professional, prompt, and personal. Heavenly Touch did a wonderful job providing a deep carpet cleaning prior to our move-in to a short sale property. There were tough stains that we thought would not lift to the point we were considering carpet replacement. Heavenly Touch worked miracles! Thank you so much!

The Service was good and the cleaning job was good and I look forward to my next 3 month cleaning in December. Most importantly I felt good about the person that I let into my home and he was extremely professional and respectful. If I can continue to get that level of service, I will continue to use the Heavenly Touch Carpet Cleaning services.

Very professional. By far the most reasonable, price-wise. Only problem was that the carpet took almost 24 hours to dry completely, but with fans it was OK after that. He did a very good job on the carpets and sofa. They look great.
