Technician was professional and explained everything thoroughly. Completed the job in a timely manner. I would recommend them.
I needed service due to cold weather. He showed up on time and finished. The repair young man was very good and he gave me HEAT, Thank you. I will always call this service if needed, v t
They did the repairs quickly
The technician that came out to work on my base board heater was busy on another call and he called to let me know his estimated time of arrival. He was on time.
Showed up and fixed my busted furnace with 3 hours of talking to them light speed service! Also diagnosed problem within 1 minute (!) of opening the furnace hood. And gave me good advice on how to save money on a potentially very expensive repair. Very pleased, would hire again.
The technician came to my home the morning after i submitted my project. He was able to get the furnace working during his initial inspection. He recommended that i have a more thorough servicing and replace some parts. He gave me an estimate which I accepted. He called me when he had procured all the parts and scheduled another appt for the next morning. When he arrived, i signed the estimate, and he made the repairs in about 30 minutes.
Project diagnosis and solution was top notch, but severely over-priced for replacing a thermostat.. $695 for parts and labor.
Overall good. Confusing about the various costs for different levels of service.
Very good at answering questions and prompt arrival (even early)
