The lack of communication and response from Carlos is pathetic. I have been complaining for more than 4 months about calcium hardness in my pool, and he gave me so many excuses and never addressed the problem. I am terminating his service.

We had them as a maintenance company for almost 4 years. When we moved, we continued the service and needed to have our pool re diamond bribed. We paid significantly more money to have the deep blue diamond brite which within 6 months had faded to the basic product. Carlos admitted that it was not right but offered no resolution. We still continued our maintenance even though this had happened. We canceled our service in December 2018 but forgot to cancel our auto pay. We contacted Carlos to request a refund but no response! When we took our pool sample in for analysis (4 days after the last service), and we have a salt pool; there was no chlorine and no salt evident! I would not recommend this company to anyone.Their lack of response to our simply asking for a refund of our monthly maintenance fee was ignored; shame on them

I hired Carlos to take care of my mother's pool. It's been almost six months, and she is very happy with the service. Her pool is sparkling blue.

I was most impressed by the timeliness and thorough job and quality of the work. In total, it took approximately 4 days to drain, clean, resurface, install a new motor and filter system and condition the pool for use. Excellent service and quality work. We are maintaining them for ongoing pool maintenance service as well. By the way, excellent pricing.
