Joshua came and got me a quote within a couple days and set the appointment super fast. He was very helpful and informative about what he was doing and going to do. The tree looks amazing and I still have the shade from the tree in my backyard.

Joshua set an appointment and was very punctual, I had multiple jobs that required visiting additional sites. He was very pleasant and engaging. I explained what I needed, he immediately started describing in detail what and how he would be able to remove the branches, identifying what would be best to avoid repeating the process in the near future. I appreciated his insight and agreed with his recommendations. I asked questions, he didnà ¢à  à  t avoid any question or give me options that would cost me additional money, which is always appreciated. His bid was very fair and gave me a timeframe. He was patient with me when I told him I had additional bids to receive, he understood and remained positive, letting me know he would be happy to help after I received and reviewed the other bids. I selected Joshua of the jobs, he showed up on time, proceeded to work immediately, being careful not to damage or destroy anything. He cleaned up all the debris, leaving each site clean, this included sweeping the debris off my roof. I appreciate those who understand and identify how they would proceed, keeping a pleasant attitude and not trying to talk down to me or tell me what to do, rather having a discussion, exchanging perspectives and coming to a conclusion, finding the best options, this is what my experience with Josh was like. Afterwards, he helped my understand how to maintain the work that was accomplished, taking care of the trees I would be happy to recommend Joshua, Harper Tree Works to anyone in need of any tree service and when I need additional assistance.

Pleasant to work with. Cleans up after the project. Knows and understands treem trimming, is very pleasant to work with. He is timely and is very concerned about making sure the customer is pleased. Would highly recommend him.

Joshua was friendly and professional. His quote was fair and his work on the tree was exceptional. He came on the day he said he would and was on time. When the job was done he left the yard all cleaned up from the trimming he had done. I would recommend him 100%. I was very comfortable when I saw that he wore all necessary safety equipment.

Joshua did a fabulous job trimming two trees and removing the limbs, all of which became very difficult due to the location of the trees. He was always pleasant and committed to the task. Very knowledgeable. I will gladly hire Joshua again.
