I had Joe Hannan come and paint and do a color change on my deck that was peeling. The were some rotten boards. Some I replaced, some he filled in with epoxy. The next year I contacted him because there was a lot of bubbling. In fact, when it rains, it bubbles everywhere. He promised to fix it, even had a paint rep come out and look it over. Well, He came back and started to fix the bubbles when dry only. All said and done he could not even finish that. He bailed before he finished. Here is his quote **Deck was and is in poor shape. I have gone above and beyond to help. I will no longer continue to give my labor away for free especially since I have been up front with the condition of your deck. If you want further work done I will be more than happy to give bid** Unbelievable, This guy does not stand behind his work and does not keep his word.

Joe did an amazing job on our kitchen, we are so very pleased. He is on our speed dial for any future projects. Joe was excellent to work with and allowed us to utilize our kitchen through the full process. Very knowledgeable and all around great guy!

In addition to being a genuinely nice person, Joe spends much more time listening to your needs than telling you what you should do. His work is craftsman quality and he cares about doing the job quickly, but never at the sacrifice of superior quality. I would highly recommend him for any painting project.
