Kerry takes a lot of pride in what he does! Always double checking to make sure that what he has installed, works. I liked that he was willing to answer questions about the work.

I hired Kerry previously for painting and minor repairs, The work was good/good pricing. I later had raccoon problems and after removal I called to have the entry areas sealed. He came over and sealed the openings /nailed down fence. Later discovered 1 was not. At same time I had 2 flushometers replaced. After work completed the toilets had problems. The upstairs did not fill completely and water had to forced in/the downstairs kept getting low and refill itself. Called Kerry next day 7/22/21 he said he is busy and could not come by till 7/29/21. He never called/texted or showed up. Still waiting and may have to hire plumber to correct problem.

Kerry hug many pictures in our new apartment. The quality of his work was excellent. He was efficient, careful, neat, gave good advice when asked, and friendly. My husband and I highly recommend him.

Kerry was very pleasant to work with and very prompt with the work and all associated communication. There were a couple of small oversights with the project, but overall nothing too serious.
