We are very happy with our experience with Handyman Roofing. We had a very small amount of water leakage after a strong storm and had gotten multiple quotes, three of which called for an entire roof replacement. When the insurance company went inside the roof and discovered a single point of entry, calling for a relatively small repair instead we realized only one company had also done their estimate by examining both the outside and inside the roof, Handyman roofing. They recommended a similar approach approved by the insurance company which ended up saving us cash and time. I waited to write this review until after some rains had hit the house just to be sure of the quality of the repairs and the work done by Handyman Roofing has done the trick. Each visit from quote to repair to close out inspection was on time and professionally done. I recommend Handyman Home Repair and will be using them in the future if we have other incidents like this. My thanks to the team worked on our home!

They started removing the old shingles in mid-Oct. They removed the shingles on one side of my roof and it started to rain. Instead of covering the exposed roof, they sat on the roof, cooling off. The rain ran down the exposed roof and the water took down part of my lanai ceiling and made a mess of everything on it. They repaired the ceiling about a week later; no cleanup. They completed the roof about 3 days later. The first heavy rain we had a week later a 4ft x 8ft section of ceiling came down in the garage on both cars. This was caused by the roof leaking. There were also water leaks in the family room by the chimney and in one bedroom. I called Handyman Roofing and they came out 4 days later and said they did not see any leaks. The man who came out said he went up on the roof and sealed the chimney. We were watching him and he never went on the roof. I called the office and the boss (Joe) came out the next day and asked where was the ceiling that fell in the garage. I told him I had to take it off the cars and I could not wait a week it took him to come. He went up to the attic and said he did not see any leaks. He was pretty nasty. I told him I would see him in court, then he said he would send someone out to do a water test. They came out the next day and found the roof was leaking from all the ridge vents and also around the chimney. The man told me something was wrong with the roof vents and looked like the roofers did not seal around the chimney. A man came out about a week later and repaired the garage ceiling and the ceilings around the chimney and in the bedroom. No one put the screens back in the rain gutters they pushed down or repaired the damage to the ceiling to my two cars. No telling what will happen next time if it rains. The owner (Joe) is a nasty man, at least when he was at my home, and is reluctant to fix anything. I would rate this company with a ZERO. Save yourself a lot of trouble and do not use them. Pictures are available. One last thing... one of the workers stated that they have a huge legal department to be able to tie up cases against them. I am still considering legal action.

They responded in a timely matter even though it was shortly after a hurricane and were able to do the work within a reasonable time frame. Additionally this is the only company we found with a 5 yr warranty. Since then, they also fixed a leak on my daughter's rental to our satisfaction.

I did not like the fact that they underestimated the job, but still a good price.

The crew worked very hard and cleaned up after they were done. The job was complete in 2 days.

Would have love to be informed when the project will start and followed by pictures of step by step job performed.

Did not call in advance to schedule work. Slow start on a rainy day. End product is fine.

They were very nice, they did everything they said they would.
