They originally installed my system and I have been paying yearly rates for startup/Winterization/season check. The last visit ended up with my unit leaking. The technician that came out discovered that someone had disconnected a piece causing the leak and said he would note is in his report. Later I received a bill for$105. I refused to pay because I know no one but their Reps have serviced the equipment. They didn't agree with me and insisted it wasn't their fault. I am a Senior Citizen and I know no one else has touched the unit but them. So sad after all these years of dealing with them ð  Â

Bert from Hampton Roads Irrigation was excellent to work with. Every detail was discussed and his crew was very professional and worked tirelessly to complete my irrigation system install. When installation was complete, system operation was clearly and completely explained and they thoroughly cleaned up my yard of debris related to their work.
