They came gave me an estimate and said when they'd be here. They said I had to pay half down through AngiPay. I paid $400. They said they would be here on Saturday they did not come. I called they said they could not get the shingles on Saturday because the shingle place was closed. On Monday they found out they could not get the shingles. On Tuesday it was supposed rain. I had to hire someone else.

I would not recommend Hammerhead Roofing and Remodeling, Inc. to anyone. I hired the company in December 2021 to replace the aluminum fascia on the front of my home. After paying a 50% deposit, different crews showed up at my home a total of three or four times over the course of three weeks and accomplished very little. In fact, the last visit by Hammerhead actually removed ALL fascia on my entire house, which was not our agreement. That said, I must now hire another contractor to repair Hammerhead's damage to my property. The owner, Douglas Vansant, has refused to resolve the situation or return my deposit. As a result, the Better Business Bureau (BBB) has been contacted and I have hired an attorney. This is shameful conduct by a company that is expected to perform. Additionally, the contact phone number on the business card rolls to a voice machine that is full, so I could never leave messages.
