Sent October 31st (Pictures were included and are below) Mike this is Steve Jones. I just took a look at the roof and I need you to come out to do some clean up. On both ends it needs to be trimmed to be flush with the roof with no overhang. Also there are ends that are not flat and stick up which a strong wind could lift up. There is also some sealer that needs to be cleaned off the side. Attached are a couple of pictures as some examples of what needs to be cleaned up. Give me a call to let me know when you can make it. Monday would work but no rush. Sent November 4th Mike I have not heard back from you when you are coming back to finish the job. Lease get back to me and let me know. Not a response, my parents are 70 and 72. Took advantage of them. But sure hire them to advise your new home.

Repaired skylight/roof leak in a day. Good workmanship, professional, and friendly. But more importantly it hasn't leaked all summer with the big rains. I'm skeptical to review roof work initially to see if it holds up and after 4-5 months and into the rainy season, it hasn't leaked. So I will use them again. Hard to say about the pricing competitiveness but after some bad experiences with companies, I'm fine with what I paid for the job to get done.
