Had them come out and snake drain .. it was a long run from the back of the house they came out after I got home from work and ran the snake water went down, thought everything was good, then three weeks later the same problem so called back was told I need 2 have it hydro jetted out for 600 which normally runs 1200! So a week later they do the jetting. Now I got 1,050 into the job and still had the same problem. Called back and was told they would send me some root-x to put down the drain to help kill roots Maybe could kill roots and get threw them .. never got stuff and they stopped returning my calls, so I had another company come out that acutely ran a camera down there and found roots in the tap that was the citys responsibility. Haines Drains kept telling me they would probably have to replace my lines at a cost of around 5500 dollars because of broken pipes that they never ran a camera down to find out if that was the problem.

A DISOUNT THAT WAS OFFERED ONLINE - IF THE JOB WAS BOOKED - WAS NOT APPLIED TO THE INVOICE -- THEY ACTED AS IF THEY WERE NOT AWARE THAT A DISCOUNT WAS AVAILABLE. AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETED, I RECEIVED SEVERAL EMAILS, AND EVEN SOME PHONE CALLS, WANTING TO KNOW IF I WAS GOING TO BOOK THE JOB.
