The Good: our furnace failed. They showed up that day and fixed it that day. Not So Good: I gave them the make, model, and serial number of the furnace, and the error code coming off the system board that pointed to a specific part. They showed up without that part. To be fair, they were already in the field so they get a free pass on that. Troubleshooting was brief and the part was right on the front of the furnace. Couple screws and a few wire disconnects so the actual replacement time was minutes. The part costs about $50. The total bill was $621. I paid for a journeyman and an apprentice who did not do anything so he did not learn and I got dinged a bit much in the pricing. The bill had zero detail. Just the part and the price.

Amazing! The first company we asked for a quote came out and gave us an OUTRAGEOUS quote to get our furnace working again. But HAVC Service Pros did what needed to be done so we have heat again and gave us a fair price. Thank you for coming out SOO fast to our house and getting the job done. We appreciate you.
