My furnace quit working on New Years Day. I had another firm come out and quote me a large sum to repair and was told that it would take 3 or 4 days to get the repair parts, and it might be more cost effective to just replace it, which they could do right away. Luckily I decided to get another quote. Lonnie came out the next day and told me I didn't need all the parts the other firm had quoted me and he wounldn't repalace my furnace it it was his, because it is a very good furnace that still had many years left on it. He had his repair crew come out within a couple of hours with the part in hand, and my furnace was fixed for a fraction of what the other company quoted. He was prompt, fair, and reasonabled price. I was very impressed with the fact that he was interested in doing the right thing and not taking advantage of the fact that it was a holiday weekend in the middle of the winter and I was without heat. I will call these guys back again if and when I need another repair or a new furnace. Thanks for your honesty.

I especially like to thank you Mr. Daryl Skelton, he is such a honest man and he told me excatly what wrong with my furnace and he did a good job on installing the new Furnace at my home. He is very professional with a lot of experiences. I appriciated his good jobs!

The techs showed up quickly and diagnosed the problem very fast. They didn't have the part but left and returned in a reasonable amount of time. Thankfully I was off work that day but if I had been taking time off and had to wait for them, I may have rated the service lower.
