    The contractor will not do the job that has been quoted on the contract.

    Hello Ruben . The contract was fulfilled and final payment was made by you when everything was finished. You asked us to get in your black widow infested crawl space a second time, and we would if you had an exterminator spray. You never sprayed because you said you did not know what effects it would have on you dogs. I never refuse to help out my customers , but in this case none of my guys would go down there a second time . I will do whatever it takes to help you out. I apologize for the inconvenience. I will go back after you spray for ? black widows. Thank you.

    Be sure to ask HOW BUSY their workload is when considering for your project. I believe we must have hired in the middle of a very busy time for this contractor and that may have caused some delay in our bathroom conversion project. All in all, we are basically satisfied with the job.
