We have lived in our (1990â s) house for 3+ years and have had a problem with small insects in the kitchen. In that time, $$$ was spent on tons of bug spray, plug in traps with sticky pads and fancy LEDâ s -nothing worked. Frustrated and tired of worthless home remedies, I called the Pros at Home Seal to do what they do best. Should have called them 3 years ago. In a few hours our problem was solved/Sealed! Shawn and his staff are very professional and knowledgeable. I received texts with photos explaining exactly what needed to be done and was updated in real time as the job was being completed. We had a pest issue that our regular pest control could not manage after several attempts. I called Shawn to see if he could help. Shawn quickly managed to find out why we were having the issue, sealed the space and sealed other potential cracks. He explained everything he was doing and what he was using. Even offered follow up. Problem is solved!

They sealed our house shortly after moving in. We had a lot of spiders after the build and after his inspection and very comprehensive service, we no longer see any spiders or any other bugs inside the house! He is very thorough and his prices are reasonable. Highly recommended.

I don’t usually do reviews but I had to leave one to say Shawn is expert in his field! Very knowledgeable and friendly, and he doesn’t quit until he feels like your home is safe! It’s obvious that he is very passionate about his business. I have 3 young children, cats, dogs, and reptiles and spraying poisons was just not an option for our family. We needed an eco-friendly approach to pest control. If you have unsealed access points into your home, no amount of chemicals will prevent spiders, scorpions, roaches, etc. from ruining your home! I appreciate Shawn’s holistic approach to prevent pests from ever coming into my home in the first place. I also appreciate Shawn taking the time to thoroughly educate our family on how there are other options than to just, as he worded it, “nuke your lawn with commercial chemicals that kill everything,” even the beneficial insects and wildlife. Highly recommend! The Palm Coast community needs more Shawns!

We had a brand new build having MANY spiders coming in for the first few months and home seal found all entry points (which were a LOT) and sealed it all up, have not seen a single spider in our home in over a year!
