I hired His and Hers Cleaning for a one time deep clean of my house. Kwan and Brittany were friendly and professional and the team did a fantastic and very thorough job. Every room looked great when they were done. Notable highlights include: 1) They were upfront with pricing even before the onsite estimate. They sent a price sheet so I knew generally what to expect before even having them come out to give an estimate 2) They showed up for the estimate and the job exactly when they said they would. 3) I have 60 year old original tile in one bathroom that I have scrubbed, bleached, steam cleaned, etc. and never been happy with the results. I asked His and Hers Cleaning for the extra 'floor scrubbing' service and it has never looked better! 4) I love a clean kitchen and it was sparkling from floor to ceiling (and behind the appliances) when they were done. I felt very comfortable having their team in my home and am thrilled with the final results.

The team of three individuals did an excellent job in cleaning up my home that had not been addressed for several months. During and after they left I checked most carefully and found every nook and cranny cleaned to my satisfaction. I recommend them to you.

Kwan & Brittany have done an exquisite job ( as their name says ) they are very respectful and very knowledgeable and thorough. I did not realize how dirty my house was until they started too clean it. I never knew they were going to even move the furniture. Today is my first day using them and I have not regretted using them. I am going to recommend them to all my friends and if your reading this review do not hesitate calling them I guarantee you will never regret it. If you don't trust what I am saying call them and at least let them prove their ability. You will not be disappointed

Kwan and his team are very professional, very friendly and reliable. I have lived in Roanoke for 8 years and they are the best house cleaning service I have had. They left my house sparkling clean and smelling great. The first time they cleaned my home, Kwan followed up with a phone call to see if we were satisfied and if there was anything they could do. differently the next time. Needless to say, I have scheduled them on a regular basis. I would highly recommend them to clean your home!

They are doing general cleaning for our 2,000 sq ft home. Cheerful, organized with professional trolly and all the equipment needed for the job. Asked what products I wanted them to use on granite, etc. walked us through when they were done, showing us what they had done and asking if we wanted anything else done or done differently. They even cleaned my oven!!
