Chris was efficient, professional, super knowledgeable and kind. He came next day and fixed the issue after spending time with me on the phone the night before to troubleshoot. This allowed my system to mostly come back so I wasnâ t boiling until he was able to arrive the next day to repair it completely. Highly highly recommend.

I had estimates from four HVAC companies. Hilo Aire speaks VOLUMES without any regrets. Everything from A to Z went beyond my expectations. The crews were so good that they took their time to inspect and install the cooling and heating systems. I’m truly IMPRESSED. Ask for Chad and/or Brett. KUDOS to them and the crews.

Furnace was not turning on. We called Chris and he assured us that he would make it to our home that same day. True to his word he showed up and identified the problem. Chris's customer service and knowledge was exceptional. I will always recommend him. Honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. Rare find.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
