Greg was very pleasant to work with and he did good work. Greg is a hard worker and I felt his fees were fair. He underestimated the dump fees and neglected to tell us until the end of the job and they were 3 times what he had quoted us. This would not have been so bad except we had 10 of them causing the project to run way over. Not from his work, but from the extra fees. We wish he had told us after the first dump load then we could have thought of another alternative. I would use Greg again, however I would make it clear that ALL costs and fees must be approved before being incurred.
Response from Company:
The dump fees were paid directly by the owner from the landfill receipts. The estimate was approximate, on a job of this size (removing avocado grove) that it could be more than anticipated.
