They came out quickly and stated the job would take 45 minutes but it was more like 3 hours to repair a dryer heating element. First time using dryer the timer didn't work. Called them to come back and they said Friday between 8:30 and 9. No show. Called them again they stated the next Friday between 8:30 and 9. No show again. The dryer runs but won't stop on its it's own.

He came out promptly and fixed the washing machine within an hour, when my fridge broke I called him again and he replaced the compressor and told me to keep an eye on it. After 2 days on June 22nd he came back out to check my fridge again and for 2 weeks we had no problems at all. After that the washing machine started making the same sound, I called him and asked him to come back he said he would, but then he went to the wrong address. The next day my fridge also broke again, ever since then I haven't been able to get a hold of him. He has not replied to my phone calls or text messages, it has been over a week, I've texted every day except for 4th of July He is unreliable The quality of his work didn't last He is not honoring 90 day warranty. It's disappointing because he initially acted like he cared. *Update* - It's been 1 month since my my fridge broke and I still haven't got a reply from them. I hired another company to come and "fix" my fridge and the new company informed me that HD repair used the wrong filter, installed it backwards and made sloppy welds causing further damage to my fridge.

They were very quick to scedule a time and give a quote and very fast in the repair. Very easy to work with and they cleaned my fridge after they repaired it which was a nice added bonus.
