Reviews
Write a ReviewCameras always defective we spoke on several occasions never came to inspect never came back for re instruction would never have him back in our home we cannot use system installed Would not trust this contractor we contacted on more than one occasion either did not respond or gave us dates we could not be here Was extremely rude once we had problems
Not sure if there are enough positive words to rate Brian's work ethic, his knowledge base and all he brings to the table on a home security system install. In this case, he was putting in a Lorex system that was gifted to us. He did all the installation, hardwired, and it was all in place. Unfortunately, the cameras were somehow not compatible with the recorder. New cameras were ordered & received and he quickly returned to finish the install. Brian has the patience and mental toughness to figure out any problem he encountered here. I would trust his work for anyone considering a security system install, this guy is top notch! Don't use anyone else!
It's easy to give a great review to someone and their company when every thing goes smooth and everything works right off the bat. But what really separates the good from the great is how they handle things when they go wrong. Iâ m here to say that Brian, and Guard Dog Surveillance Systems are one of the GREAT ones you CAN trust. After the installation of the system everything looked great in the daytime, but that night not all the cameras gave a clear or even usable image. I contacted Brian and he responded quickly. He took a look at the night image, and agreed that this was unacceptable, and there was a problem with some of the cameras. He returned a few days later and replace the bad cameras with ones of a completely different style that made this system exceed my expectations at no extra cost to me. Brian stands behind his work, and the products he sells. He is there for any questions you may have before, during, and well after the installation of the system. I highly recommend Guard Dog Surveillance Systems.
Very good system. No lapses in cameras. Glad we went with a hard wire system. Would definitely recommend this product.
Brian was very knowledgeable and explained things in detail and in a way that was easy to understand.
Project: Installed Hikvision Surveillance NVR and Five Cameras, plus WiFi doorbell which integrates with the NVR. They displayed a high degree of professionalism. Excellent with communicating with clients. Very pleased with all their efforts and superior service. I highly recommend this company.
On time and very thorough
Good job
Super professional people. Very knowledgeable, friendly and hardworking.
About 4 years ago we had a video surveillance system installed by a company in Ripon, Wi. It constantly had problems. It got to the point that the owner/installer would not return calls. Brian replace the system with an excellent system that works perfectly. Brian is very knowledgeable an professional in every way. I would recommend him to anyone.
