Jay was very professional, quick to respond and arrived on time for each appointment. Jay had great ideas on solutions to our issue. We hired GroutWorks to re-seal our master shower; Jay used high quality materials and finished the job in the time estimated. Prior to hiring Groutworks, we received a thorough email estimate showing all charges. We felt the job was reasonably priced. We appreciated the care and attention to detail and the short time between contract and actually getting the job done. We will definitely be recommending Jay/GroutWorks to family and friends.

Ahmed, I am sorry the quality of service you received was poor. However Grout Works LLC did NOT do any of the work proposed. Nor did we use an independent contractor. No work was done by Grout Works or any representative. Please give me a call when you can 504-265-9960. Thank you.

When they were here, one of the crew members brought his exercise equipment, was on the phone in his car, locked himself in bathroom for 30 minutes. I called his boss and the boss came out a few days later and said they had some more work to do. I paid them and they never came back to finish the job.

They were very responsive to my call, immediately the owner called to set up an appointment. Within 8 hours of him leaving an email was sent to me with the bid. I accepted & in 72 hours later my work was completed and extremely well done. They also cleaned and removed all trash, u could not tell they had been in my home.
