I am very disappointed in Kelly. At first, things seemed to go well. Then, unfortunately, the other party owning the real estate with me was not there when Kelly was, because Kelly was late, so he could not do the appraisal like he wanted to. This happened on Mar. 25 when the appraisal was scheduled. It is now April 13 and many phone calls and voice-mails later and I still have not gotten any kind of appraisal from him. He has not returned any of my phone calls or tried to contact me through texts or email. This is an appraisal for a divorce and I am court ordered to do it and I am on a time limit. Needless to say he has made me waste my time with nothing to show for it. And I could be in trouble. Thanks a lot Kelly.

It took 10 days to get my appraisal report only after several phone calls and excuses on his part. In addition, I do not think his valuation of my house was too high based.

Kelly called me back quickly and arranged to meet me the same day. Thoroughly professional, clearly explained the process, and delivered an excellent product. I donâ t know if Iâ ll ever need another appraisal, but if I do, Kelly will be my first call.

Cancelled appt without telling him. He was supposed to then come on Sat but didn't show said he rescheduled but I didn't receive an email. Rescheduled for Sun. Was supposed to have the appraisal ready for me the following Sun or Mon I never received it. Never sent it. Would not give me the receipt. He was supposed to send it again Mon and we were going over it together never called and never received.
