They were very customer-centric. They were meticulous in understanding our needs and providing an extremely positive outcome. Due to the complexity of the system they installed, they were customer-oriented in making sure that we understood 100% of its functionality prior to the final sign-off. I hire them. Came to my home fixed my doorbell camera. But my computer issues were temporary fixed. Was charged $90 paid with Zelle, it would not process. So I wrote a check. Notice the next day, that The Zelle payment was processing. Called the tech to info him that the payment was processing. And was still having problems with my laptop the same issues. Never heard back and I was charged twice. Would not recommend. Waiting for professional to come out today.

I hired Gridworks for an in-wall COAX install at my home, which included (i) main run from DISH sattelite to attic, (ii) multiple in-wall runs from attic to rooms/bathrooms, and (iii) several HDMI and speaker cable runs for surround sound system. The work was all performed professionally and for a fair price. The technicians were sure to pre-test all of the COAX lines. In fact, at the suggestion of Gridworks, I coordinated a date when both Gridworks and DISH were both on-site to ensure that all of the televisions came up as expected, and they all did... without issue. I highly recommend Gridworks and look forward to using them again on future projects.
