They are prompt, on time and do really good work. I had some sod put down and they fixed all of my irrigation and even did a good job on laying some pavers. I would highly recommend this company. I plan to use them in the future.

They did what they said they were going to do. Very professional group to work with. If something additional was needed, they included it and stuck with the original price. I would highly recommend them for your project.

I hired another company to take care of my yard but they did not show up as promised. I called Pat and told him the work I needed and that it had to be done by the following day. Pat came over immediately, gave me an estimate which was lower than the other company, and the work was completed the next day.

Installed sod in front (centipede) and back (St Augustine) yards in Spring 2017, as well as updating sprinkler system. I also subscribed to their recommended maintenance plan. 40% of back yard grass dead by Sep 2017 ; bare spots over about 20% of front lawn; and one area they had resodded was infested with weeds. One sprinkler head never worked properly. Company surveyed problems about 8 weeks ago after repeated phone calls and stated they would attempt to remediate within 4 weeks. That's the last I heard from them despite email and phone call requesting status. Nice guys, but sub-standard materials, questionable workmanship and no attention to customer service. Less

I had submitted a review a couple of months ago and it was a negative review because the sod they had installed died after a month or so. When they saw the review, Pat contacted me and we came up with an agreement of how to fix the problem. They have torn up the sod that died and put in new sod on Nov. 7th. So far it looks great, and I am happy with the job and the customer service and am glad this situation has been taken care of.

Overall work done in front and backyards was excellent and done in a timely fashion. Easy to contact via phone or email to answer questions.

Pat Dunn and his nephew gave me a quote for putting sod down in my backyard and 6 paver blocks at the bottom of my steps. That was all done well. However, afterwards we had a lot of rain and my sod was looking bad. I called Pat and he wasn't concerned, but the sod was looking worse and worse. I tried contacting him by phone, email and text, several times and he Never got back to me. I feel like I should have just thrown $950.00 out of my widow 😔. If I evere see or hear from him again and my sod turns green, I will certainly send a better review, but as for now, I would NOT recommend this company.

For an initial experience I'm very impressed with their personal service. They did what "I" asked...so far not the typical MOW, BLOW & GO!
