    I filled out the online request a quote section on a Sunday evening. My call was returned within 30 mins. They had Danny come out the very next morning at 8:30. Danny was awesome. Very friendly. I am a new septic system owner and he educated me on the details and how everything should be working. I did need repairs and he was able to tell me what was needed now versus what could wait. I was so impressed with the detail and professionalism that I signed a annual maintenance that day. This company takes care of all aspects of your system, including the pumping. I highly recommend Total Septic!

    The only "hiccup" I experienced was they "squeezed" me in for an 8:00 am appointement...we'll over 2 hours later they showed up and said they had an emergency they had to get. Isn't getting the tanks flushed/drained kind of an emergency anyway???? Well they didn't call, they did apologize AND they did lower the charge. So, in the end I was pleased and they're were very explanatory once they did show up. I would use them again and book well in advance!!
