Rodney, the Risk Assessor with whom we worked, was prompt to schedule our lead examination and arrived on time at our project location. He understood our time crunch and adhered to the turnaround time he promised for providing the clearance report to us.

I was in the market to purchase a house. The inspector came out and did a full comprehensive inspection of the property with his x_ray equipment. He even collected water and dust samples. At the end of the inspection he produced a full comprehensive report.With the results of the information I determined not to purchase the property. I fear I would have moved my family to a potentially harmful property.

I own a condominium in DC. The inspector tested my unit with his x-ray equipment. It was determined that no lead was found in my unit and I will never have to have it tested again. The inspector was prompt and very knowledgeable. It gives me great joy knowing that my future tenants will be safe in my unit.

My professional experience with this inspector was the epitome of what I expect for myself and my clients. This inspector was able to test my clients homes with professional equipment (X-ray). That ensured me and my client there was no lead in their home and they would not have to test again! As a realtor this reassurance for myself and my clients was exactly what was needed to assist my business in creating, establishing and continuing to provide exceptional services.

The inspector was well knowledge, gave me a time of arrival and he was already there. Inspector test home with x- ray equipment to show my home was lead free, an wouid be lead free for life

Overall Green Environmental was extremely professional and he had an extensive knowledge of my home. Mr Barkley (Owner) was made sure to make we aware of everything that he was doing and also allowed for me to ask questions when I felt the need for clarification.
