I went on Home Advisor after 10:00 pm and said I wanted a call back now. Moses called me, gave me the price, and we set up an appointment for 9:00 am the next morning. At the house he thoroughly explained every part of the process, especially removing the dog urine. He did a fabulous job so now the carpets in the three bedrooms are clean ready for our parents to move into their new home tomorrow.

They are the best carpet cleaners I ve ever hired. They take their time and do it right. Also have extensive knowledge of rugs and how they are constructed. We have one really expensive rug and they knew exactly how to treat it. Would use them again and again. Martha and Don

The place I am renting told me the carpets were brand new and had been cleaned. Although there were lines in the carpet to appear that the carpets were previously cleaned, there were also some stained areas that made me question how much time was put into cleaning the carpet. I even questioned that if the carpets were new, why the landlord had them cleaned. Once I entered what I wanted through Home Advisor, the owner of Green Action was the first to call! A little more than I expected to pay but worth EVERY DOLLAR! Thank you!

Moses arrived on time. Explained what he was going to do to our 2 old oriental rugs. He only uses the best âpetâ friendly supplies. He took his time and did an outstanding job. We had 3 other oriental rugs that needed to be taken to his shop for âmoreâ work than could performed at the house. We thought Moses was extremely professional and knew exactly what to do.
