Great company!

I hired Great American Roofing to replace my existing roof and I couldn't have asked for better service. Joe and Kevin are both great men that answered every question and concern I had with my new roof. They went above and beyond my needs as a customer with regards to the warranty on the roof. I strongly recommend them for any services they offer and will be using them in the future.

This was the only company that I contacted that was willing to take on a small job, working on my skylights. Kevin arrived a day later and repaired and cleaned my skylights. He did not try to rip me off and suggest replacing them. I will definitely contact him when I need a new roof or other repairs.

Kevin showed up early and quickly diagnosed my problem. It was a quick fix and probably saved me more $$$. He promptly followed up with a quote to replace my roof if and when I decide to do so.

He was supposed to call me hours ago and never contacted me. He said he was at my house today and I have dogs and a ring doorbell. He was not on my ring and if he knocked my dogs would have went nuts. He lied to me.

Kevin was great. He communicated, was on time, actually a little early, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot at a very reasonable price. BTW, he also cleaned my drier vent while he was on the roof. I ll be using him again, if needed. Thanks, Kevin and Great American.

Kevin was prompt and courteous. He assured me that my issue just required a repair rather than replacement. He sourced the materials he needed for the repair and had it fixed immediately. He made sure to let me know to call back immediately if there were any further problems with leaking. Overall, a great experience.

I would recommend Great American Roofs to any homeowner who is looking for top quality customer service and workmanship. From my first call, to any follow-up communication (even after the job was done), was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in the home improvement industry. The work was started and completed right on time and looks great. I was impressed at how clean the property was left after removing an old roof and replacing it with a new one. Kevin was not only competent, but very kind and considerate of our needs. An honest and reliable company.

Despite a substantial delay in completion of the job an questionable workmanship of some of his crew, Joe Osman made every reasonable effort to correct all deficiencies and deliver the promised product.
