I met with Sam and he designed a plan that would work in our back yard. Very efficient and quality work.

Grass Masters designed and installed a small sprinkler system in our back yard, and did an overall great job. They were professional, prompt, efficient, and paid attention to detail. The system developed a leak after installation and they were prompt and efficient in correcting the problem.

Sam is a very nice guy, but you need to make SURE he does what you really want. Told me he knew what i wanted, and i did not get the stamped flagstone concrete that we agreed on!

We had a great experience with Grass Masters. The staff and crew were all very nice and very efficient. We had a complete back yard makeover that included a beautiful pergola, stamped and stained concrete, pathway of lights, beautiful plants and trees which we really wanted for shade and a synthetic grass area for our children to play. We definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for an honest company and quality service.

Previous bad review is withdrawn, but will withhold any further review until such time as my concerns are answered. At that time I will probably change ratings. Part of the problem was apparently communication with the business which may have caused some of the problems. I accept responsibility for that.

Grass Masters converted my backyard from a bare yard that became a mud pit after heavy rain, into a little oasis that I will enjoy for many years to come. They did awesome work, were professional at all times and answered all my numerous questions. UPDATE as time has passed an issues have come up, I find I need to amend this review to reflect the reality that is now. I had issues with the drainage, and water flooding my back porch which was the main reason for hiring these people, they did come out to fix the problem, turns out they had left several large pieces of weed blocking fabric in the French drain pipes causing the water to not flow. After several attempts it appears that issue may been solved, meanwhile my turf had to be disturbed several times and was not reinstalled as was done by the original installers. Had issues with my concrete, it was cracking and chipping off in various places, finally got them to fix that. waiting for them to come stain the areas that were damaged. Regarding the staining of my concrete, I was assured by the owner that the stain would penetrate to a depth of one inch, IT DID NOT, its only on the surface. When asked about that, his response was "oh that's because the areas where the concrete is "textured due to the stamping" it did not penetrate, but elsewhere it did. which is completely false, it is only on the surface though I was promised it would penetrate to a depth of one inch. Unfortunately, what was initially a very good experience, turned out to be a very negative experience once I had to call them in numerous times to do repairs as per their warranty. would not recommend
