Great workmanship, attention to detail.

The company is wonderful. They always came on time, the workmen were pleasant and everyone was very responsive, efficient, and anxious to please. I am very happy with the results and I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

The worst experience I have ever had. I don't know why I let these people go out the door everytime they came to fix something. Fabio said he will not longer come to fix anything. I sent him the photos of the horrible work that was done, threatened to take him to small claims court (which I would easily win), post pictures, and write a bad review. He pleaded not to ruin his small business and give him a second chance to fix things and stupid me did. He still came with uneven pass thru top, smart enough to say not acceptable but stupid again to let him talk me into it. The grout is now falling off, The seam which never should have been there(haven't seen a seem in the same condos as mine) according to my expert tile man and property condo flipper. They said either they were too inexperienced to do one piece or lazy and thought they could get away with it. At first the seam was turning orange because there was so much glue coming through. They tried to buff it out but too much buffing would have damaged the granite. Now the glue is turning color again because of the glue. Plus the first installer left an absolute mess. Even a screw fell into my garbage disposal and I had to call a plumber. And unbelievable that installer gouged my walls out up to 1" and Fabio refused to do anything about it because I signed the paper. When I last thought of writing this review and I read their website It's is beautiful. I think they had 96 5 star reviews. Who had that many reviews? Read the language. They wrote the reviews. This job, my $3500 job does not make sense to be and isolated experience. Think Twice!

Fabio Rodrigues made this job easy! He helped me pick the stone from their large selection, took accurate measurements, scheduled installations in a timely manner, and followed up. I highly recommend Fabio and his staff for a stress-free project!

Fabio Rodrigues gave me a personalized service, he was a good listener and helped me pick a back splash for my kitchen, he was helpful with samples to take home and the price and timing of the tile plus the installers that he provided was fair. The service and care for the installation was great. They were very respectful, the tile was neatly installed and they even cleaned and polished my granite counter top and kitchen sink.

They had to come back and repair rough edges. I think they should have noticed the first installation. Everyone is very nice and they did come back and accommodate my needs.

Great experience from meeting with Fabio to the installation being completed. They delivered the product in the stated time frame and genuinely seemed to want to make sure that I was satisfied with all aspects of their service and product. I would use them again if I ever again need countertops and would highly recommend them based on my overall experience.
