I hired Gracey Landscape and Hyrdoseed to install a patio and artificial turf in my back yard. They completely transformed my yard. They worked quickly, finished ahead of schedule and didn t go over budget. I would gladly work with him again.

I hired Gracey Landscape and Hydroseed to install a new patio and artificial turf in my back yard. In the planning stage, Glenn was there to educate my wife and I about the different material options for pavers and retaining wall blocks. We discussed designs and the difference in installation for different products. With his knowledge of the local building code, he advised us on fire pit placement and how to best utilize our small space. Glenn and his crew started work when he said he was going to, and finished ahead of schedule. He and his crew worked quickly and efficiently, demolishing and carting away the remains of the patio my wife and I built ourselves in a single day. What took us months was gone in a matter of hours! They meticulously graded our sloped yard, both for form and function to ensure proper drainage and to increase the usibility of our small yard. They took all materials with them and left my yard cleaner than when they started! My wife and I, as well as our dog are very happy with the finished product. With the looming covid-19 epidemic, they worked tirelessly to ensure that the job got done before the stay at home order was enacted. Gracey Landscape and Irrigation turned our eyesore of a patio and patch of sand and dirt into a very usable space. We couldn't be more thrilled with the end result and we finally have a back yard! Looking forward to having a barbecue!

He doesn t do the work. Hired inexperienced workers without much supervision. Unsatisfactory results.

We actually have worked for Mr. Lim of two previous times. And both times the irrigation that we installed and various plants that needed to be pruned and moved, we did for him without any complaint or incident. This past spring he asked us to come in and do some more irrigation work, but I scheduled him allow it for a couple of months as we are booked up, so we had some bills come in who did a poor job did not fix the problems he had and cut tubes open and never put them back together so as irrigation was nonfunctional. When he called us, he was getting ready to sell the house.
