We had workshop built as well as a silo gazebo and Chance did an amazing job. We also had him come back to do our fence and gates. His quality of work was great and he and his crews were always professional. Worth paying a little more than some of the other guys due to his quality craftmanship. He also only works with the best subcontractors when completing his projects. We still use the electrician he hired as well as the garage door guy. He takes pride in his work and always does what is right for his customers.

Chance built me a really nice metal building for me and made everything seamless. He was always on time, and went above and beyond for me.

I have had Chance take care of a few big projects, like a ranch style fence, and a metal shop on my property. He was easy to work with and listens to the customer to make sure they are getting what they want. He was very detailed and did what ever it took to make sure we were happy.

Working Chance was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. He was always on time, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.

Chance is an outstanding contractor. He does excellent quality work. Being a master craftsman at welding our fence turned out amazing. Chance is very experienced and knowledgeable in his trade.
