    Quick response to my inquiry for service. Very detailed about repair estimate, and confident that they could resolve my problem. Cut and dry on cost estimate. Then completed the work promptly. Micah was very personable, and showed sincere interest in making sure that the job was done right. Even followed up a week later (after I had paid for the service) and inquired to how I felt about his work, and wanting to assure that he had fixed my problem. GREAT EXPERIENCE, OVERALL!!! Which is an abnormal thing to be able to say when it comes to working with a contractor, generally.

    They were friendly and professional and very hard workers. The job took longer than expected because the weather got extremely hot and they had many service calls to people who needed air conditioner repairs. I understood that , since I had air conditioning , the other calls were more important at that time. I appreciated their concern and dedication to the people truly in need of relief.

    The owner came himself when he couldn't get one of his employees on the phone within a few hours of talking to him. He checked everything out and found an incidential thing (blower switch was on off). He asked if I would like him to service the AC while he was there which may improve output and save energy - he noticed a flowering bush had grown up around the unit. Altogether he was there a little under one hour and even discounted my bill! He advised me to call him in Sept to do service on heater because it appeared as if it had not been cleaned for quite some time and quoted what that might run. I will definitely keep this man's number.

    Gotter was very knowledgable about my heating problem. They provided 3 recommendation from which to choose for our desired result. They were very accomodating both working on the weekend and in locating the needed parts. Additionally, they had an excellent attitude and was very professional.
