Good Fellows Window

After reading the excellent reviews of Goodfellows Windows, I reached out to the company for a quote. Gary, the owner, came to my house and quoted an amazingly affordable figure. We decided to replace every window in the house including a large bay window. We also replaced a sliding glass door off of our family room, a outside door leading to our deck, and a front door unit consisting of a door and a glass window with internal shades. Because of Covid 19, our order took longer than projected. This was not the fault of Goodfellows. Our sliding door, deck door, and front door were put in first. The workers, Phil and Orlando took meticulous care to make sure everything fit perfectly. The windows finally arrived in early July and were installed over a three day period. There was a total of 28 windows. Some installation required extra work, but this was accomplished by the highly skilled team of Phil and Orlando. Gary was onsite during the entire procedure. I cannot overemphasize my satisfaction with the job performed. They even removed all my blinds and reinstalled them after the windows were put in. Get quotes from every company you want, but I guarantee that you will choose to hire Goodfellows Windows for your project. They are the BEST.

Gary and his crew did a excellent job replacing 5 windows.. I had a few other companies give me quotes and Gary's was the best by far. His crew replaced the windows with speed and cleaned and removed all the debris within a few hours. So far the windows meet all my expectations and really make a difference in the comfort of the rooms .

I looked at a number of companies to replace a large bow window that was from when the house was built in the 1960. Many window companies tried to constantly upsell me and sell me work I did not need. Gary made excellent recommendations and we are very happy with the finished project. I am not one who writes a lot of reviews - but I was so impressed with this company, I wanted to share my opinion.

I met with Gary, from Goodfellows, about a month ago and genuinely had such a good feeling about him and his company that I hired him without comparison shopping. I did use my resources to evaluate the type and quality of the windows and they sell and was happy that they were made in America from a company that has an excellent reputation for high quality windows. Their efficiency ratings are better than all the top name brands, too! I chose to have 3 replacements windows changed from double hung to awning windows so I can leave them open when it rains. I also had them cut out openings for two brand new windows, since the east side of my house was built without a single opening on that side of my house, which made made air flow terrible! However, I saved the best for last!!! I had the Goodfellows crew remove a three in a row series of double hung windows and replace the old duds with a four pane Bow window. Gary told me that it would look great with a handcrafted top piece that one of his guys could make on site and custom for this window. It is a work of art and Orlando has a gift. The asphalt caps most bow windows have around the neighborhood pale in comparison and I am so grateful to have taken Garyâ s advice. My new windows make my house look great, but also remind me I have work to do to clean up the rest!!! But the bow window was worth every penny! It is stunning. Iâ d highly recommend considering hiring this company; they are exceptional. Gary is a man of his word and kept me updated during the extended wait due to the shuttering of some of the companies due to the Covid-19 pandemic. I knew they were doing the best that they could under the circumstances and the wait was 100 percent worth it! Iâ ll be contacting them again for a roof and if I need any other such work! Their prices, I learned after the fact, were the significantly below their competitors.

So far so good! Very pleased. I just hired Goodfellas to install windows in my home. Gary went over everything with a fine-tooth comb. I will post another review after installation, but so far Goodfellas exceeded any other company that gave estimates!

I loved working with Gary and his highly professional crew, We had 13 replacement windows done, The windows look and perform beautifully, The price was very fair and they left my home with everything cleaned up, If I ever need Gary (the owner) on the phone he is always easy to reach. Gary and his crew are simply the best. Stop looking for a company to install windows for you. You have found the right one with Goodfellows. Gary was great for me. He installed 28 windows in my house for a substantially lower price than any of my other quotes. His price was so low that I decided to put triple pane windows in my house, all 28 of them. It's been a few months and I notice that my gas bill is lower, I can't hear the street anymore and my house feels warmer. I am very happy with the decision to use Goodfellows for my replacement windows.
