This review is based on their logistics and scheduling, not workmanship. They scheduled me on a Friday morning between 10-noon. The day before, I called and Santiago confirmed the appointment. The day of the appointment, they did not even show up or even call to cancel. I had to change family plans around to make the appointment and was very disappointed.

Do not expect me to waste my time on people like you. the job was already done at the time you contacted me and you called me specifically to ask me to come check out the repair that somebody else performed on your roof. another thing. This home advisor platform has nothing to do with the one were you contacted me. You contacted me on Yelp. The only bad reviews I have got is from complicated people like you. People that I have never performed any jobs in their properties. 100% of customers that have hired me are 100% happy with everything I have done and invested their money the best way possible.

The estimate process was pleasant, no hard sell. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and his team was easy to work with. My roof looks beautiful they delivered everything as promised.
