The original person contacted sent his brother in-law to complete job. He installed two faucets but the one in the kitchen sink sprung a leak under the sink. After a discussion he determined the main water valve in the condominium building would be shut off and he would replace the waterline and valve under the sink. He left without fixing these things and promised to return the next day for the repair. He left a bucket under the sink to collect the dripping water. We agreed that I would get the ok to shut the water down from the property manager which I did. He never returned my call about completing the job. When I called him finally after the next day he said he didn t want to work with the water shut down. Another call to him he hung up on. I paid him $300 in cash for the work. He left me high and dry with a leak and refused to come back to complete the problem he caused.

Eric did an amazing job building our walk in closet & in a timely manner, they go above and beyond to make sure all your wants and needs are met. Would highly recommend!
