SHODDY INSTALL - YARD AND PATIO NOW FLOOD I hired GoForeverGreen to install artificial turf in my backyard in December 2022. The salesperson Bill Martin visited my property several times before install, and we discussed the installation plan in detail. I was told the crew would use marking spray to map our the instalation area, and I would be able to approve before they started digging. The crew arrived, and not one person had paint, nor did anyone speak English. They began installing borders without measureing or spraying he template. I had to use my own spray and measuring tape to show them how crooked their straight lines were. The crew raised the grade of my yard by several inches, sloping the turf back towards the patio and house. I pointed this out, and spoke on the phone to the main office throughout, explaining how drastically the grade of my yard was changed, and flooding would be an issue. The project manager said they would return to correct the install, but after nearly 5 months and dozens of calls, photos, videos, and emails, the company refuses to return and finish the job. $1K in damage was done to my vinyl fence, the edging was installed above grade rather than buried and is failing. The first big rain of the season was today, and my yard, patio, & gazebo were under inches of water due to the altered grade. Damage to my outdoor rugs, furniture,etc, WORST COMPANY I COULD HAVE POSSIBLY CHOSEN.

They answered all my questions to my absolute satisfaction, and pointed out important things to keep in mind before making a decision. The office staff did exactly what Jamie had promised, and they had our installation scheduled without a problem. When the installation guys, Antonio & Daniel completed the installation, I felt like a kid in a candy storeâ ¦ I keep standing outside, admiring the workmanship. They left my property in a neat & clean condition. (THANK GOODNESS) I would HIGHLY recommend Go Forever Green for your project.

fantastic job, great quality -- this was a complete transformation of a small strip of our backyard into a fenced "dog-run": now we wished we had our entire property looking as spectacular as the dog's area!

They were a few hours late to arrive but did the work professionally and quickly. Looks great, very happy with end result.

This company came in and installed synthetic around my pool and side yards. They were professinal, prepared the area with 4 to 5 inches of road base and compacted well. Excellent job, quick service time, and my new turf looks great. Highly recommend them. They also have a great warranty.
