Gloria is extremely professional, thorough and friendly. The house is spotless and she will always accommodate schedule changes. Love her work and would highly recommend!

First, punctual problem. Original scheduled time was noon, then she texted me around 11:10am to reschedule to 1pm, which is ok. But she actually arrived at 1:40pm. Also, instead planned two cleaner, she came herself, which extended planned clean time. Second, not very focused on details. After she done, I pointed out some detailed places that need a redone. For example, around 7-8 dirty spots on a total 14-step stairs, etc. Positive part is she was willing to re-do the parts I pointed out. 3rd, not much re-organization. For example, after she cleaned my tub area, she just left all bath stuff, which were organized before, ?scattered? on the countertop. 4th, price. The area she cleaned in my house used to take my old maid service 2 people x 2 hours to complete. She quoted for $150, and claimed done in 3 hours. Despite the job quality, I?d say the price, $50 per hour, is sorta high. As summary, my house is cleaner after the job, but doesn?t meet my expected standard.
